Adam Chen born June 24, 1976, is a Singaporean television actor. Before becoming an actor, he was a model who modelled for numerous print and television commercials in Singapore. The civil engineering graduate was even offered a contract to join MediaWorks before his graduation.
Back in Mediaworks, he managed to land himself with a role in a collaboration drama Yummy Yummy. His versatile looks, equally suited for contemporary and period dramas, have stood Adam in good stead as he has since acted in several China co-productions with acclaimed names like Nicholas Tse, Dicky Cheung and Li Ya Peng. After joining Mediacorp, being effectively bilingual and eloquent, he also hosted and acted in numerous shows, both on Channel 5 and Channel 8.
